Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Physeke ("Physeke," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Physeke training system and related services.
Google Account Authorization
Physeke uses Google authorization to provide functionality within Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. When you authorize Physeke, Google may display the permissions that the application requests.
Physeke currently requests permission to access Google Sheets and permission required by Google Apps Script to create and manage the installable trigger used by the Physeke workbook.
Google User Data We Access
Physeke accesses spreadsheet data as necessary to operate the Physeke training system in the Google Sheets workbook you are using. This allows the workbook to perform functions such as managing training information, updating workout views, saving workout data, and maintaining the workbook's functionality.
Physeke also uses Apps Script authorization to create and manage the installable trigger required for automated workbook behavior.
Physeke does not request access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or unrelated Google Drive data as part of its current authorization scope.
How Google User Data Is Used
Google user data accessed by Physeke is used only to provide and operate the functionality of the Physeke training system.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or selling personal information.
Data Storage
Training information entered into the Physeke spreadsheet is stored within the Google Sheets workbook associated with the user. The current Physeke system does not operate a separate external database for storing users' workout or training data.
Google may process or store information according to Google's own services, infrastructure, and privacy policies.
Data Sharing
Physeke does not sell Google user data or users' training data. Physeke does not share Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, or legal rights of Physeke, its users, or others.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because the current Physeke training system stores training information within the user's Google Sheets workbook rather than in a separate Physeke workout database, users retain control of that workbook and the information stored within it.
Users may remove Physeke's Google Account access through their Google Account permissions. Users may also delete their copy of the Physeke workbook through Google Drive.
Security
We take reasonable measures to limit requested permissions to those needed to operate Physeke and to avoid unnecessary access to Google user data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Physeke evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated revision date.
