About Physeke
Physeke is a training system designed to help users organize and track workouts, training schedules, and related fitness information.
The current Physeke product is in development and may change as features are tested, improved, or prepared for public release.
Eligibility and Google Account Use
Certain Physeke functionality relies on Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Google Account authorization. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google Account and Google services required to use those features.
Your Data and Content
You are responsible for the information you enter into your Physeke workbook, including workout data, training notes, and other content.
The current Physeke system stores training information primarily within the Google Sheets workbook associated with the user.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Physeke to interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious code, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
No Medical Advice
Physeke provides tools for organizing and tracking fitness and training information. Physeke does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services.
You are responsible for determining whether exercise or training activities are appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate before beginning or changing an exercise program.
No Guarantee of Results
Fitness and training results vary between individuals. Physeke does not guarantee specific improvements in strength, physique, health, athletic performance, or other outcomes.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of Physeke as the product develops. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption.
Third-Party Services
Physeke currently relies on third-party services including Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and other Google services. Your use of those services may also be governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Physeke is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Physeke and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Physeke.
